Microdermabrasion

Microdermabrasion for a bright, smooth complexion
For years, skin problems such as acne, fine lines and sun damage have been treated with lasers and chemical peels. Now there is a modern, safe, and virtually painless alternative to chemical and laser peels. With over a decade of success in Europe, the microdermabrasion procedure has been used to treat millions of satisfied people. The benefits of microdermabrasion over chemical and laser peels are that it's virtually painless, it treats all skin types, no anaesthesia or recovery time is required and no hazardous chemicals are used.
The result is a glowing, smooth, even and bright complexion. It is equally an ideal treatment to help you look fantastic for a special occasion or, more seriously, to treat unsightly skin blemishes and acne scarring. The average microdermabrasion procedure takes less than 30 minutes, depending upon the skin condition, the area to be treated, and the desired outcome. Many will notice improvements in the texture and appearance of their skin immediately after the first treatment. The long-term benefits of multiple procedures can be remarkable.
Mild redness may occur for between 30 minutes and half a day after the Microdermabrasion procedure, depending on the aggressiveness of the treatment. It is already proving extremely popular with our patients and is set to become a "must" for the special occasion.

Derma Genesis Microdermabrasion uses medical grade crystals to remove the dead, outermost layer of skin. The machine produces a jet of crystals that are propelled across the skin's surface through a sealed tube, and with a sterilised hand piece vacuums them off to remove the unwanted dead skin cells and scarred tissue. The vacuum pressure of the treatment is customised according to the client's needs and skin type. The skin exfoliation process reveals the new, living skin cells that are soft, smooth and receptive to nutrients.Microdermabrasion is commonly used totreat and/or diminish:
